Exciting news milk fans - we have been invited to attend Wyken Vineyard Farmer's market, and have our first outing there this Saturday 27th January!
Wyken Farmer's market is a weekly even held at the stunning Wyken Vineyard. There are over 20 regular stalls ranging from fresh artisan breads to sumptious spices, and organic vegetables, and we are very excited about being the new kids on the block!
For regular updates, follow the market on Facebook via this link: Wyken Farmer's Market

The New Year for us brings lots of exciting times, not least the opportunity to design and hopefully build, the farm shop extension!
All of the cows are well, and we are delighted to announce that 5 of our girls are in calf - Iris, Gaia, Maia, Hera and Nyx - all with calves due from July to September. We also have two new additions to the herd - Vesta and Thalia - both full grown Jersey girls, and due to calve in the next two months.
Keep your eyes peeled in the shop for our new butter papers - we had some specially made and we think that they compliment our brand beautifully.
Finally, we are organising our events calendar for 2018 so, if you can think of any new food fairs and festivals that we should be part of, do email moo@oldhallfarm.co.uk
Best wishes, and see you soon!
Rebecca, Stuart and the Jersey girls at Old Hall Farm.

On Wednesday 20th December we will be taking part in a charity walk in aid of Walking with the Wounded's "Walking Home for Christmas" campaign.
Starting from the farm shop at 12 noon we will take approximately 2hrs to walk to meet the cows and do a circuit of the farm. We have set up a public walk on the charity's website, and would ask that you either register with the charity as an official walker, or make a contribution of £10 to the group fundraising on the day.
The walk will be along farm tracks which are generally quite flat so suitable for children and/or push chairs. With all the snow, it is rather muddy though so be prepared! For those who wish to do a shorter walk it will be possible to loop back to the shop after 3/4 of a mile.
Well behaved dogs are welcome on a lead and the more santa hats and tinsel we see on the day, the better!
For any more info please call Rebecca on 07900 814252.
